I never did watch The West Wing when it first ran on TV. However, because of the miracle or Netflix, I am now watching The West Wing. It took me a few episodes to get hooked. But I am so glad I was “patient”. The West Wing is one of the best TV shows ever. And Toby Ziegler is one of TV’s best characters.
TV needs more characters like Toby Ziegler.
Louis C.K. is amazing. Here’s proof.
My niece, Iman, turned me on to this Greater Toronto Area YouTuber named Superwoman this past summer. Her videos, filmed in her parent’s home (like a true Indian child), depict a typical immigrant child dealing with her immigrant parents.
I also bumped into Lilly Singh during the opening night of Dr. Cabbie. Well, I didn’t really bump in her. Here. Take a look:
Anyways, @iisuperwomanii is from Scarborough. And so am I. So maybe I’ll be a YouTube star one day. Or star in a big movie production…
Lilly Singh can be seen in this YouTube 2014 Year in Review. Congrats Lilly. All of Scarborough is proud of you. Including me.
Did Air Canada just take a page out of WestJet’s playbook and try to create it’s own Christmas Miracle campaign? I’ll let you decide.
Canadian airliner, WestJet has hit another home run with their latest community initiative and YouTube video. Last year, WestJet surprised Canadian commuters with a Christmas Miracle. This year they gave back to a village in the Dominican Republic.
On Thursday November 13 2014 in Toronto, FITC hosted their Wearables event. During the event, Thalmic Labs demoed their Myo armband with a drone. Watch the YouTube video above.
It’s been a while since I’ve met up with Tomas. We used to work out of the same space over a year ago. It’s kinda my fault that I haven’t been over to see him at his new space. Anyways, I have this sense that things are going amazing for him and his company, MADE Clothing.
Here’s a conversation I had with him over a year ago while I was working elsewhere. I hope you enjoy his insights into entrepreneurship.

Our friends at Network Orange and downtown Toronto’s ING Cafe recently included new “air press” coffee devices. I’m sure they are called something more refined and sophisticated. But I’m writing this at 10:40 pm on a Sunday and I really want to watch Gandhi. So you go check Google for the proper name.
Anyway, I’m going to show you how to make air pressed coffee. I’m now an expert. And some say a coffee snob. đŸ™‚
